Customs formalities:
1. Customer's notice of arrival, original bill of lading or release bill of lading are required to go to the shipping company for customs clearance.
2. confirm declarations and information.
1) the necessary documents: packing list, invoice, contract in duplicate, declaration and inspection certificate.
2) if a wooden packing box is required to provide fumigation certificate and cover IPPC chapter, disinfection and insecticidal treatment has been done.
3) countries with tax reduction or exemption duties should provide relevant country certificate of origin.
3. after the import declaration, if the customs examines the price, customers need to provide relevant price certificates. Such as payment union, letter of credit, original invoice, tender document and so on.
4. after the customs prints the tax bill, the customer has to pay taxes and fees on 7 working days. If the deadline is exceeded, the customs will collect the late fee on the daily basis.
5. after the customs clearance is released, customers need to pay the customs declaration and inspection fee in advance to the agent company.
Note: the goods must be declared to the Customs within fourteen days after arrival. If the Customs levies a delayed declaration fee on a daily basis (five thousandths of the value of the goods) for more than three months, the Customs will.
